A Love Explosion
Of all the things we are told to release, love must be freed. Not only is it a positive energy for all to experience, but as you release it, you create space for more of it. Love energy is powerful and gentle. Uplifting and grounding.
Forgiveness
Resentment is how we consciously hold on to toxic, painful feelings. Forgiveness is how we consciously face our hurt and lovingly release it.
