I am so grateful for experiences to help create learning opportunities. 

I am a public speaker keenly interested in providing each individual with inspirational value. Though I may be the speaker, I choose to make my presentations more like group discussions. I share my insight and encourage attendees to do the same. We all have something to contribute. 

I like to discuss the specific needs or desired content to be covered in a presentation prior to the event. Yes, I have lots of questions. I believe the more I can understand about the group, the more I can focus my offering to be relevant. My hope is to instill openness in the room, move beyond barriers, honestly discuss topics/issues, and help establish momentum for creating and sustaining meaningful change.

After getting through Michael’s sessions, there was an obvious change of attitude throughout our building. He reinstated positivity in the workplace and the idea that work is something you should enjoy doing.
