As this new year begins, I’m not rushing to define it or dress it up with big promises. I’m simply welcoming the space it offers—space for honesty, openness, and meeting ourselves and each other where we truly are.

If 2026 brings anything, I trust it brings a little more presence, a little more curiosity, and a little more room to breathe. Happy New Year.
